I AM VERY HAPPY

HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow!!!!!!!! I am really happy today. Coz i have no idea as after how many months I got to cook something special and I am really enjoying this moments as you all know I LOVE COOKING.

Today was a Birthday of special Person in my husband Life and thus he asked me to cook somehting new and different for the Dinner.

So I thought of Trying something new. I was not in mood to cook Typical Indian Varieties. So I plan to cook Pasta which is one of my favourit things which I can try anytime. Along with that I prepared GOBI 65. In that also i did a little bit of Italian touch. I also prepare Salsa dip along with Nacho chips.

Wow what a Start. We just had Salsa along with Nacho chips.

I will surely post the recipes for all the dishes which I have prepared today.

Creamy Tangi Salasa Dip with Nacho chips

Ingredients:

Cheese Slice: 2
Fresh Cream: 2 tbsp
Onion: 1 (Medium,finelly chopped)
Tomato: 1( Large,Finelly Chopped)
Garlic Cloves:2-3( Crushed)
Green chillies: 1 (Finelly chopped)
Sugar: 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder:1/4 tsp
Salt: to taste
Milk:1/4 cup
Mexican Seasoning: 1 tsp
Olive oil:3-4 tbsp (for cooking)
Coriander Leaves : 2 tsp

Method:

  • Place a small amount of Olive Oil in a sauce pan.
  • Heat over low heat, then add onion, garlic  cook until the onion becomes transperent..
  • Add tomatoes as well as the juice of these tomatoes.
  • Now add Cheese slices,milk and fresh cream and mix well. Allow the mixture to boil.
  • Once it starts boiling,cook over low heat slowly until the tomatoes and other ingredients form a thickened sauce.
  • Add mexican seasoning and mix well.
  • Add the fresh coriander leaves  and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Add salt and pepper to your liking
  • Your Salsa dip is ready. Serve with Nacho dips.

Kadai Matar Paneer

Kadai Matar Paneer



Ingredients:

Cumin Seeds: 1 tbsp
Peppercorns:1 tbsp
DalChini: 2 (small pieces)
Vegetable Oil: 3 tbsp (For Cooking)
Onion: 2 (Medium,finelly chopped)
Tomato: 1 (Big,Finelly Chopped)
Ginger: 1tsp (Grated)
Red Chilly Powder:1/2 tsp
Kitchen King: 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder: 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1/4 tsp
Fresh Cream: 1 tbsp
Milk:1/4 cup
Water: 1/3  cup
Paneer: 250 gms (cut into Small Pieces)
Green Peas:1/2 cup

Directions:

  • Roast Together Cumin Seeds, DalChini and Peppercons. Grind the roasted spices to a Coarse Mixture. Your Spice Powder is ready and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a deep-fry pan or on a kadhai on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped onions. Stir fry tilll onions are Transperent. Now add finely chopped Tomatoes aand grated ginger and fry till oil seperates from behind.
  • Add Green Peas and sute it for another 5 minutes
  • Add Spice Powder that we have Prepared and all other ingredients except Peas and Paneer and fry till 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add Fresh Cream,milk and water in this stage and when the gravy starts boiling simmer the heat and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add Paneer and mix well.
  • Cover and cook till Liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with chapati

Hello Friends,

These day I hardly get time to cook something new or interesting.So till the time I am ready to cook I Thought of writing about my 2nd hobbies.
Cooking is one of my favuriate hobbies. My 2nd Hobbies is Reading . Reading anything like Novels,Magazines,Fictions,or inspirsanational Book. I get time for reading easily, i read books on my way to office in Morning or while returning back to my sweet home.

So for me Reading Never Stops. I  have started reading once I Landed up in Bangalore 3 Years ago. Travelling from one place to another is quite hectic and in Bangalore the best mode of Transporation is BUS. So sitting idle in Bus looking outside dosent excite me much. So one of My Friend suggested me to Read books or Novels. After That time for me Reading never stops. and i am still Continuing it.
